"RETURN OF THE RIVER"

The story of the largest dam removal project in history, one which captures the tenacity of individuals who would not give up on a river and explores the complex relationship between Native and white communities and the environment that sustains them.
A post-screening discussion will be led by Helen Sarakinos of the River Alliance of Wisconsin
SOCIAL CINEMA: STORIES OF STRUGGLE & CHANGE explores important contemporary social topics from critical perspectives. Each screening is followed by a discussion of the issues explored in the film.
